First Week Home Full Of...

Yes, it's true, we "flew" home. We made the long drive in just over 9 1/2 hours. Pretty impressive if you ask us. We were, in fact, so excited to be done driving that we drove out to see the Sagers clan -- including Michelle! It was also fun to see gGma and gGpa Porter. They were in town to be a part of Phil's homecoming celebration. It was great to see them. We did take time to relax for a short time, do some badly needed cleaning and grocery shopping before we went out but that's about it.
For anyone wondering, we are still not completely unpacked. We're still deciding if it's worth unpacking everything just to pack it all up again in 7 months! It might be slightly longer than 7 months, but we won't know until Bryan gets a job. Instead of unpacking we have filled out time with playing.
When we say play we really mean play. Twice we have been to the American Fork pool in the last week. We enjoyed a wonderful time playing in the little kid pool area. Both Daddy and Zeb got to go down a slide. Zeb did it all by himself. It was the cutest thing ever. Mommy wasn't fast enough with the camera, so Daddy had to take him again. Zeb went down all by himself and then submarined under the water where daddy grabbed him and pulled the little guy up with a smile, on both of them.

Zebediah thoroughly enjoys the pool.

Spending Time with DaddyMommy and me!I am pooped. I have had way to much fun for a little boy of just six months.

Alison also started going back to work this past week so Bryan has had tons of play time with Zeb. What a lucky boy (or should we say what a lucky Daddy)! Bryan has done a great job at playing Mr. Mom. He even baked a cake Thursday! Talk about impressive. Maybe we'll make this a permanent thing? NAH!!
