We had a very special visitor this week...Gma Sagers came to see us! She found a great deal on flights while just browsing and the next thing we know she's here for a few days. She may have been a little influenced by our lovely weather (temperatures of 65 degrees compared to 35 degrees!). We had an incredible wind storm blow through on Wednesday so we had an inside day, but it worked out wonderfully since Gma came down to spend some quality time with the kids (and the mommy). We had lots and lots of story time, play time, puzzle time, snowball fights (see below), baseball time, and more! Just to clarify - the baseball time was this morning - outside. The wind finally blew itself out and our beautiful weather returned.

We had fun discovering which of Zeb's many, many cars work with his new race track from Gma Downs. Now all we have to do is remember which cars do and which don't. Or...we can just rediscover. I have a feeling we will be doing some rediscovering in the future.

Abigail even got in on the fun! I think her car beat Zeb's a couple of times...not that we were keeping track.

Getting a good picture of the kids is a very time consuming project...and we didn't want to spend that much time with the camera. We were having way too much fun. At least they were all looking at the camera this time!

Gma Sagers taught us how to make our very own snowballs! We may have mentioned this before...Zeb loves to throw things. Here is the solution. Cloth balls are nearly destruction-proof (nearly because there is still a slight risk with the aim of the throw) and they make great snowballs!

Ever since he learned what a snowball was, Zeb has been having snowball fights. Before we learned how to make the balls he would use anything that could be bunched up as his snowball. Blankets, clothing, his pillow case...anything.

 Snowball fights are so fun!

So happy to have time getting to know another Gma!

This picture doesn't really belong with this story...it is just a cute picture of Abigail. Sometimes a cute picture just needs to be shown. Even without a story behind it. Anyway...
It was so much fun to have Gma come and visit!

Abigail is super cute, and I also love that last photo. Is that her little blessing gown? She has already grown so much. I love Zeb's "snowballs"! We still have our stuffed "snowball" that your mom made for Kimball's baby shower.

Isn't living in a warm place great? Makes for fabulous winters. Your kids are so cute, by the way...I'm sure your mom was eating them up.
