We finished off the month of June with lots of different times.
Pool time with cousins!
The splash park is even fun on cloudy days (we don't get many of them, so we don't really know what to do with them - cloudy days, that is).
Cub Scout Day Camp time! Zeb got to go to scout day camp for the first time this summer. He loved it!
Potato batteries...who knew?! Zeb does now.
Shooting off rockets...awesome!
Piano camp time! Lots of fun music games (and the candy bar game, of course!) with friends to remember all the fun things we learn during piano lessons.
Decorating prize bags to hold all the loot earned during camp.

And of course, a dance party in not a true dance party if you aren't wearing a pretty dress and makeup. I only agreed to let them wear makeup if they let me fix their hair. Give and take. Give and take.

Zeb missed out on our dance party because he was at day camp. He didn't really mind, since he didn't want to wear a dress or makeup anyway.
Color time!
We practiced using colors for summer school. What better way to use color than to make colored candy popcorn?!
Fun and Yum all rolled into one.
More sliding time. I'm telling you...we never got tired of this slide. Except when it was time to make our way upstairs at the end of the day. Then I was kind of tired of it. Or when it was time to carry laundry baskets upstairs after being folded. Or when it was time to carry sleeping children upstairs. Or...well, you get the idea. The fun outweighed the not-so-fun by far, so the slide stayed until the mattresses could no longer be held together with duct tape.
