Christmas Fun

It's about time that we share some pictures from our very fun Christmas Season! We have had so much fun and been keeping so busy.  We (and by that I mean me while Bryan was at work) attempted to create Christmas photo opportunities for the kids.  Here are a few of the better shots...completely out of order...but still here.

What a cute little stocking stuffer!

The one and only shot of the siblings together without anyone crying, moving, making a really funny face, etc.  Success!

Loves the camera already...if we take enough pictures!

Zeb's thinking about it.  Not quite sure what "it" is, but he sure is thinking!

As soon as we ask for a cute pose the tears come!  They really do love each other...just not when the camera is out.

Pretty Princess all dressed up for church.  We try and try to get our Prince when he's dressed up...someday we will get a good picture of him to share.

Zeb had his turn with the camera and captured some of our seasonal decor.

He loved, loved, loved the tree and having the lights on.

We celebrated Christmas at Gpa and Gma Downs' house this year.  And...left our camera at home!  Thanks to everyone else there that shared their cameras with us.  All the grandkids sleep in Gpa and Gma's room on Christmas Eve. Talk about a sleep-over!  All the kids were up by about 6:30, except for Zeb.  He even slept through Gma's prodding and calling! We finally just picked him up and carried him out to the family room - where he woke up and didn't stop for the rest of the day.  Abigail slept through most of the festivities, but got to enjoy her gifts later on.

Zeb got his very own pirate ship!  Thanks Gpa and Gma Sagers!  He was so thrilled that he didn't want to open any other presents for at least 5 minutes...

He had so much fun opening presents of all kinds!  Books, movies, games, toys, cars, and candy.  He sure got spoiled!

Speaking of getting spoiled...we got a new blender for Christmas!  Before you roll your eyes - here's the back story.  A few weeks before Abigail was born my blender died.  It was a very sad day in our house! We started the process of finding a new one, but got distracted and never made the purchase. Then Abigail came along.  While in the hospital we saw an infomercial and fell in love with the Ninja Blender.  Bryan - being the completely amazing husband that he is - told his parents what they could give our family this year.  In all the craziness of adding a new member to the family just in time for the busy holiday season, I forgot all about getting a new blender (until I would go to use it!).  Imagine my surprise and total joy when we opened the gift to find a Ninja Kitchen System 1100!  It's a blender, mixer, processor...all in one! We've loved having it and have already used it to make smoothies, rolls, pecan cinnamon rolls, soups, rocky road pie, and more!  Thank you!!!  Follow this link to see the full information if you're interested in seeing more.
